I gotta say, the products and service are top-notch. I've been depending on them for my Omega 3, Tumeric, Glucosamine/Chondroitin, and Collagen supplements. However, I was a bit let down when I noticed that my latest batch of VitaBright Glucosamine/Chondroitin looks just like my VitaBright Collagen capsules. That raised some red flags for me, as it makes it way too easy to mix them up. When I reached out, VitaBright explained that they removed a minor Tumeric ingredient from their Glucosamine/Chondroitin, which caused the change in look. I really appreciated being able to distinguish between the two, so now I'm on the hunt for something else (maybe Collagen since I'm running low) that will help me keep them separate. The saying 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' definitely comes to mind (unless there’s some law or big cost issue). It's a bummer from my viewpoint, but that's how it goes. I've picked up some new Collagen from another place - we'll see how that works out. Still, I truly like what VitaBright offers and their value. Just this visual mix-up has got me a bit thrown off, which is unfortunate.
